These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at aiworkforce.group (the "Site") and the AI workforce, AI solutions and related services provided by AIWorkforce.group ("we", "us", "our" or "AIWorkforce.group").

AIWorkforce.group. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you ("you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients and clients. Specific services may be subject to additional terms set out in a separate written agreement, which will take precedence in the event of any conflict.

"Services" means the AI solutions, advisory and deployment services we provide, including the Opportunity Scan, Scan, Deep Scan, Architecture, AI workforce deployment and related offerings.

"Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, software and other materials made available on the Site or delivered as part of the Services.

"Client Materials" means any data, documents or information you provide to us in connection with the Services.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

a) Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or infringes the rights of any third party;

b) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt any systems, networks or accounts connected to the Site;

c) Introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code;

d) Scrape, copy or redistribute Content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law;

e) Use automated means to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably generate.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or for any other reason.

The Site provides information about our Services and allows you to request demonstrations, scans and proposals. The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any Services you engage will be set out in a separate agreement or statement of work.

We use artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies as part of our Services. While we take reasonable care to ensure outputs are accurate and useful, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

We do not guarantee any specific business, financial or operational outcome from the use of our Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any Client Materials to us and that doing so does not breach any law, contract or third-party right.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process and store Client Materials for the purpose of delivering the Services, including processing by our AI systems and subprocessors.

We will handle Client Materials in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any confidentiality terms in your service agreement.

All Content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to AIWorkforce.group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

Where we develop bespoke AI products, workflows or IP as part of the Services, ownership and licensing will be addressed in the relevant service agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and integrate third-party tools. We provide these for convenience only and do not control or endorse their content. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party site.

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any AI output is accurate, complete or reliable. You use the Site and Services at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither AIWorkforce.group nor any of its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

This section does not affect any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIWorkforce.group and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at aiworkforce.group/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the current version on the Site with the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Site.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that we may bring proceedings to enforce intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction.
